Guatemala una Biblioteca y Sala de Muestras” en sus oficinas

the next important and necessary step in the company’s
process to separate from its parent company, DuPont. With more
than 70 years of DuPont innovation and marketing strength they
are stepping forward to meet the challenges of our global industry
with renewed determination and clarity.
And,
what does this mean for our industry, in Central America?
Here, and around the world, Invista™ will be even more
focused on responding to our industry needs. We can continue
to count on Invista™ for textiles and apparel innovations,
technical services, marketing insight, business development,
sourcing solutions, as well as all of the same world class
branded products, like LYCRA, COOLMAX®, CORDURA®, THERMALITE®,
SUPPLEX®, TACTEL®, STAINMASTER®, and ANTRON®. “This year, here, in Guatemala, Invista™ recognized
Central America as one of the world’s key apparel sourcing
region by adding a Fabric Library and Showroom” to their
offices located in the DuWest building, on Avenida La Reforma
13-70, Zona 9. The reason for setting up such a resource is
simple; Invista™ intends on supporting our industry and
their direct customers by providing a practical and effective
place for them to show their fabrics. And, Invista™ also
intends to support their indirect customers by facilitating
fabric and garment sourcing, and facilitating business. The
facilities are available to be used as meeting rooms or a
temporary office for visitors. The
Fabric Library is continuously receiving swatches of the
latest fabrics containing Invista™ products from our
region and around the world. Invista™ also welcomes garment
samples that are made from fabrics containing Invista™ products,
which they will gladly display as part of the Showroom collection. The
