NUEVA LÍNEA DE MAQUINARIA DE COSER EN GUATEMALA
Con
una elegante cena en el salón Las Naciones del
Hotel Marriot el jueves 18 de septiembre fue presentada
la línea de modelos 2004 de máquinas de
coser de la marca SIRUBA que será distribuida
en forma exclusiva en Centro América por la empresa
Casa Díaz de Máquinas de Coser S.A. de
C.V. y su red de distribuidores.
Kaulin MFG. CO Limited es una empresa taiwanesa con
más de 35 años en el mercado. Desde los
inicios de la máquina de coser portable, Kaulin
se ha enfocado en ampliar su rama de investigación
y de desarrollo mediante el perfeccionamiento y la innovación.
Actualmente produce 6 líneas diferentes de máquinas
de coser. Dentro de esta amplia gama existen 72 modelos
diferentes de garfios y ganchos hasta máquinas
multi-agujas y máquinas rectas.
Un alto funcionario de Kaulin indicó durante
el lanzamiento para Centro América que “el
continuo enfoque de Kaulin en sus clientes se reduce
de visión a realidad siendo esta visión
la base fundamental de la estrategia de

para Centro América definida en los siguientes
lineamientos:

Asimismo indicaron “haber esco-gido a Guatemala
como base estra-tégica para el lanzamiento de la
línea Siruba por ser un país con una fuerte
trayectoria en la industria de la confección, además
de contar con la más moderna y desarrollada infraes-tructura
textil de Centro América. Representando también
el foco
central de inversionistas asiáticos en la región,
principalmente coreanos lo que representa mayor potencial
de mercado.”
A este evento asistieron además de empresarios
del sector, altos funcionarios de ambas compañías.

INTRODUCE
A NEW LINE OF SEWING MACHINES IN GUATEMALA
With
an elegant dinner party at Hotel Marriott,
SIRUBA introduced on Sep-tember 18 its
new line
of 2004 sewing
machine models,
that
will be exclusively distributed in Central
America by Casa Díaz de Máquinas
de Coser S.A. de C.V. and its network of
distributors.
Kaulin MFG Co. Limited is a Taiwanese company, with more than 35 years
in the market.
Since the beginnings of the portable sewing machine, Kaulin has been
focused in broadening its research and development through perfec-ting
and innovation. To date, it pro-duces six different lines of sewing
machines. Among them we find different hook and pin models, as well
as multi-needle machines and straight-sewing machines.
A Kaulin executive stated during the presentation
for Central America that “Kaulin
is continuously focused in aiding its clients,

for SIRUBA’s strategy in Central America, which

SIRUBA also indicated the “having selected Guatemala as strategic

represents the heart of Asian investors in the region, mainly Korean,
which provides great potential for the market”.
