doce años de trayectoria exitosa, definitivamente
el Apparel Sourcing
Show se ha consolidado como el evento más importante de la industria
del vestuario y textiles en la región de la Cuenca del Caribe.
Desde los inicios del evento en 1991 hasta hoy, ha sido la plataforma
ideal para dar a conocer las ventajas competitivas y capacidad de producción
de los países del área.
El crecimiento y la consolidación del Apparel Sourcing Show como el centro regional de negocios, es posible gracias a la confianza y el apoyo de la industria que lo ha inspirado. Particularmente en un año cuando en todo el continente hemos sido testigos de los diversos cambios que han afectado a la industria de eventos al punto que algunas ferias han desaparecido. After
12 years of continuous success, the Apparel Sourcing
Show has definitely become the most important apparel
and textile industry event in the CBI region. Since its first edition
in 1991, and to date, it has served as the ideal framework to promote
the countries’ production capacity and competitive advantages.
This show is the perfect promotional tool for an industry that has been leader and visionary of regional integration. Let´s take a quick look at the past and review some of the previous’ shows slogans. 1993: “Central America Leaps Towards the Future”; 1994: “Follow the Success Pattern in Central America”; 1996: “Partners in 807” ; and other meaningful slogans, until the most recent years, like the one of 2001: “Come to the new CBI Sourcing Era”; the slogan for 2002: “Networking the CBI Supply Chain”, and of course the twelfth edition’s “Integrating the CBI Supply Chain” that not only proves this is a more mature show but also that we have a wholly organized and profesional industry that has evolved and is ready to face the challenges towards 2005. thanks to the industry’s support and confidence, growing year
by year. Especially in a year when we have witnessed changes affecting
